My dear friend Becky Conzelman is on the podcast today. She is the co-founder of Faith Rxd.

We recorded this podcast a few months ago, and since this podcast aired,Becky has suffered a brain aneurysm and passed away. I wanted to air this podcast again, because I think it was one of the most powerful interviews, because I want people to remember the legacy of my friend, passionate non-profit leader, amazing wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, 5x Crossfit games athlete, pro-cyclist, and overall lover of others. Becky put her heart ALL IN everything she did and all of us can learn from her grit and faith.

We know that she would want others to be encouraged in their own journey of uncertainty and pain. I did life daily with Becky and get emotional when I hear her talk, but her heart shines through this podcast and I hope you are all encouraged and ask yourself big questions after this interview. One of my favorite sayings she said, a week before she suffered this aneurysm and had no idea the path her life would take is:

Here are some things I would love for you to think about after this interview:

  1. What if it was my last year on earth?

  2. Am I living with purpose?

  3. Am I ALL IN with your relationships, things that matter?

  4. What do I need to do to live like Becky did?

Becky was a pro-cyclist and her dream was to go to the Olympics, but because of a random rule, she did not make her dream ofthe Olympics. We talk about keeping our faith when our dreams are crushed. When we have worked so hard for something and it doesn't shake out like we planned. Becky was also a 5x Crossfit Games athlete and Grid athlete. She has an amazing resume, but her heart for others and her faith in God is what truly sets her apart.

She has a burden for the Crossfit community to know Christ and that is what Faith RXD does. They merge faith and fitness.

You won’t want to miss our interview, I promise.
